Not sure what to pack? Here is a list of recommendations.

Anya Taraboulsy Teacher

Since discovering Acroyoga in 2015, while admiring it on the green at the Original Muscle beach in Santa Monica, it has become an integral part of her life and happiness. Anya's greatest passion is to share hers with others and introduce new people to acro.

Her biggest regret was never going to summer camp as a child, but one thing acro has taught her, is that it's never too late to play like a kid, so she decided to organize Acrocamp to make all her childhood dreams come true.

Becca Gustadt and Jonathan Canby Teachers

@acrowithjon & @teenie29

Hailing from Venice, CA,  Jon Rea has always had a passion for art and using movement for self-expression and connection. After a 6 year span of weightlifting, he discovered a love for yoga which evolved into a passion for acrobatics. His combined 5 years of yoga, acroyoga, and standing acrobatics have broadened his capacity to use his body, collaborate with partners, and lift others to new heights. His practice time is devoted to training with former acrosports competitors, creating new transitions and flows, and deepening his understanding of alignment and technique.evelops high-level workshops and private sessions structured around unique progressions to bring the intricacy of Risley and Icarian Games to the acroyoga community.

When Jon isn’t sharing his passion for acro, you can catch him in his workshop creating woodworking pieces, playing his guitar and singing, swinging on the traveling rings, and enjoying sunsets with his Santa Monica Original Muscle Beach family.

Christine (Teenie) Falaguerra has been addicted to acroyoga since 2013! Before her acro life began she was a certified yoga teacher and practitioner for over 15 years. Teenie loves acro for the playfulness, presence, and human connection. She practices and teaches all elements of acroyoga: flows, twisty transitions, whips, pops and standing. Teenie has taught acroyoga workshops and classes in Austin, TX and in Los Angeles.  She is currently living the sunshine life in Venice Beach and jamming at the legendary Green whenever possible.

Through their passion and mutual love of AcroYoga Amanda, Erin & Patrick make up this teaching trio. Erin & Patrick tried AcroYoga at a Wanderlust Festival in 2014 & it was love at first practice. They went on to complete an elemental, two solar immersions & the AcroFit training through AcroYoga International. Sharing their love of practice with their friend & fellow yogi Amanda. They were certified together through AcroYoga 360. They believe that AcroYoga brings people together in commUNITY, and through this practice we can uncover our limitless potential & boundless joy!

Jo Bot has been a personal trainer for 15+ years and recently discovered yoga as part of her own training to address the instability caused by scoliosis, which began to affect her more and more as she aged. The improvements that she saw both physically and mentally inspired her to delve deeper into this journey. She recently completed the 250 hour Fast Track Yoga Teacher Training program with The Yoga Sanctuary and is excited to share all the knowledge gleaned from this wonderful program. Joanne completed the 100hr Teacher Training program with ACROYOGA 360 in June and now she finds joy sharing the benefits of a regular yoga practice and the playfulness of Acro yoga with everyone – including her mother and her grandmother!

Andrew Moe has been involved with fitness most of his adult life and spent 20 plus years as a bodybuilder and powerlifter. After recovering from an injury he sustained from weight training, he discovered yoga and was amazed at the change in his functionality. He immediately fell in love with the practice and realized that he wanted to share it with as many people as possible. He recently attended the 250 hour Fast Track Yoga Teacher Training program at The Yoga Sanctuary and then stumbled upon Acro Yoga which he found to be the most playful and enjoyable form of exercise he had ever experienced. At any given moment you will find Andrew in a spontaneous and joyous handstand, or lying with his feet up in the air with his Acro partner flying safely overhead!
