Anya Taraboulsy (CA) @acroanya Founder Acro Toronto www.acrotoronto.com Acro revolution teacher Anya first discovered Acro on the Green at the Original Muscle Beach in Santa Monica, the mecca of Acro. In awe of the acrobats she watched from afar, she let herself be convinced to give it a try despite the fact that she had absolutely no experience in acrobatics or gymnastics. Placing her trust in a complete stranger, she went for her first flight and got immediately hooked right then and there. In 2016, Anya decided to learn how to base so that she could take the practice back to Toronto with her and teach her friends to play so that she could have her own little acro community back at home. Anya has a background in Crossfit & running. She is certified with Agatsu, FRC & ACE, and she also works as a movement coach, training people to move better and get stronger. Her happy place is on a beach, surfing, sunning, running, surrounded with friends doing all of the acro.

Jenny Osman (EG)   Yoga teacher Jenny is a mother of one and avid kitesurfer. She has spent the last five years living on the beach in Egypt with her husband, also her childhood sweetheart, where they own a successful kitesurfing centre. Her love of yoga began after participating in a yoga class which encouraged her to practice regularly at home. What initially began as a hobby turned into a desire, and two years later she completed her 200 hour teacher training in London. Today she has her own yoga shala on the beach where kitesurfers and people looking to escape from the chaos of Cairo come to practice yoga and participate in weekend retreats. She focuses on alignement and breathing, and always offers hands on adjustments. Jenny teaches a variety of classes including power yoga, hatha vinyasa, yin and ashtanga, although she enjoys power yoga the most due its fast pace. She lovess to meditate and believes in the healing benefits of meditation and pranayama which she incorporates into her classes. She also has a huge interest in holistic health and nuttition. Jenny has trained in Ashtanga yoga with David Swenson and has just completed her 500 RYT with Hari om yoga school. She aims to encourage others in Egypt and the region to practice yoga and reap its benefits.
